The Toxqui Chardonnay we enjoyed from this up and coming vintor was outstanding in 2004 - 2005. The newer wines from this Label now have an Industrial Box Wine bitterness that one would expect purchasing in bulk from Trader Joes, rather than the full bodied care that went into the earlier releases. This seems to be problematic for the start up groups as they opt for volume rather than quality.

The Chardonnay from Toxqui Cellars of 2004 - 2005 were a marvel to enjoy. However, the new releases from this up & coming Vintnor in recent years have the flavor of Industrial Box Wines one would expect from Trader Joes. This seems to be problematic for start up Labels as they opt for volume rather than quality.
