Join us in welcoming the wonderful Trent Simpson as he walks us through an evening of examination. We'll enjoy delicious small bites from the St Felix kitchen. The menu will include Ahi Tuna Wontons, Braised Beef Crostini, Portabello Mushroom Risotto Cakes, Mini Sweet Corn Tamales and the ever popular Moraccan Chicken Cup. Along with the exceptional food, we'll be walked through a tasting of some of Bruichladdich's most anticipated products including but not limited to Bruichladdich 2010 Islay Barley, the new Organic & Bere Barley, the Port Charlotte Islay Barley, the new Octomore 8.1 & the Octomore 8.3. We only get the ambassador a couple of times a year and they really make it count when they're here so don't miss this awesome event.
