Calwise Big Sur Gin (750ml)

SKU #1341406

From the Distiller: This gin is crafted in honor of one of our favorite places in the world. With 12 different herbs including juniper, sage, yerba santa, bay, fennel, and elderberry, this is a gin that brings you the experience of a Big Sur hike in a bottle. To make a gin as silky-smooth as it is flavorful, we distill it from premium wine grapes. You could enjoy it in a bar or home, but we think it pairs best with campfires and skinny dipping in hot springs.

This is a gin for those who want to take a leisurely stroll through the most beautiful coastline in the world. It's a mellow gin, softer and more round than your typical London Dry. The juniper plays second fiddle to a beautiful lemon balm and sagebrush. The mouthfeel is rich and round, perfect for a dry martini.

- When people consider domestic wine, they normally think about the state of California. The fine viticultural Region within California, including the Napa Valley, Sonoma, Santa Cruz Mountains, Mendocino and Santa Barbara, are capable of growing grapes of world-class quality. But there's plenty of fabulous wine coming from other states, too. Oregon, Washington and New York are also causing eyebrows (and glassware) to be raised around the world.
