This is probably the most balanced selection from Mezcal de Leyenda; a superbly built bottling that drinks with such superior harmony that the price point actually seems a little low. There is more orange zest, lemon, and sweet agave here than the others, but these flavors are lovingly wrapped in woodsy smoke, warm spices, herbaceous earth, and a ribbon of comfortable acidity seamlessly threaded through the creamy texture.
