2015 Bodegas Vilaplana "Diez Dias de Marzo" (Previously $16)

SKU #1311244

New wine from Granada! This blend of Macabeu, Jaen Blanca, and Moscatel shows juicy yellow fruit, perhaps a bit rounder than the nose suggests, with an appealingly soft texture and flavors that also suggest pears and tinned fruit. Farmed on white soils with lots of sand and round stones, at 900m above sea level, this white is incredibly easy drinking on its own, though it has sufficient acidity and restrained, delicious fruit that would enable it to pair well with any variety of tapas and lighter meals. P Juicy YF, rounder than nose suggests. Tinned fruit, pears. Soft. White soil. Sandy, round stones. Suelto. 900m
