2003 Domaine Jorel "La Garrigue Maccabeo" Rancio Sec

SKU #1280130

This is a "maderised" orange wine made from 100% old vines of Maccabéo with lots of garrigue essence. It's aged 10 years in double barrels (demi muid), without any addition of wine, a layer of yeast forms which leads to strong sous voile character like a Vin Jaune. Bottled in October 2014, this beauty is ready to drink from 2015. Hunker down kids, this wine is going to rock your world.
