Bodegas Yuste "La Kika" Manzanilla Pasada Sanlucar de Barrameda (375ml)

SKU #1277255

Paco Yuste, a native of Sanlucar de Barrameda, not only has Manzanilla in his blood, but very good Manzanilla at that! Having achieved success in the beverage distribution business, Mr. Yuste has been able to put his capital to work in the past few decades, purchasing bodegas, restoring old soleras, and selling top quality Sanlucar Sherry. The "La Kika" is a Pasada well over 10 years old from Yuste's Bodega Santa Ana. According to the importer: "it is a wine well worth watching in bottle for months, if not a year or two. Bottle aged versions should be quite revealing as the wine obtains greater roundness and richness, the dormant residual flor providing its autolytic effect." In other words, enjoy this now but should you feel compelled to stash a few bottles away you will be rewarded! (Joe Manekin, K&L Spanish wine buyer)
