Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales / Monkish Brewing "Cucurbitophobia" Sour Ale w/ Blood Orange & Spices, Michigan (750ml)

SKU #1270596

Named for the irrational fear of vegetables from the family cucurbitaceae, which notably include pumpkins... this ale is the brewery's first collaboration with Monkish Brewing Company in Los Angeles. The brewery says this much: "This barrel aged gose was brewed with blood orange zest and juice, black lava salt as well as a rainbow peppercorn blend." So, not to worry: no pumpkins are mentioned.

United States

- When people consider domestic wine, they normally think about the state of California. The fine viticultural Region within California, including the Napa Valley, Sonoma, Santa Cruz Mountains, Mendocino and Santa Barbara, are capable of growing grapes of world-class quality. But there's plenty of fabulous wine coming from other states, too. Oregon, Washington and New York are also causing eyebrows (and glassware) to be raised around the world.
