2015 Domaine de Saint Pierre Poulsard Arbois Rouge

SKU #1269713

Domaine de Saint Pierre was established in the late 80s in the village of Matheny, located in the Arbois AOP, by Dole lawyer Philippe Moyne. Fabrice Dodane joined the estate as manager in 1989 after wine studies in Beaune and several years work at the Pupillin Frutière. After Moyne's untimely death in 2011, Fabrice took over the estate. The Estate began conversion to organic viticulture in 2002 and is now Ecocert certified. The Poulsard is from marl and clay soils, fermented with native yeasts and has minimal sulfur added only at bottling.
