 There is plenty of Chablis character to the floral and citrus aromas where the former continues onto the cool, pure and racy flavors that possess plenty of punch along with ample salinity on the clean, dry and crisp finish. Lovely stuff and worth a look and note that this would make for an excellent house white.  (10/2015)

Wine Spectator

 The 2014 Petit Chablis was cropped at 60 hectoliters per hectare from 30-year-old vines and matured for six months in stainless steel. It has a straightforward but nicely defined bouquet with apple blossom and grass-clipping scents that gain intensity on the glass. The palate is fresh and taut on the entry. There is decent weight on the entry, although it loses some of its initial complexity toward the second half that feels a little ordinary by comparison. Not bad, but it could have been better.
