2015 Micro Bio "Fragil" Verdejo Vino de la Tierra de Leon (Previously $50)

SKU #1258731 93 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

The one wine that represents the subtlety and purity of Verdejo like no other from this fascinating collection is the 2015 Frágil. The juice from different vineyards fermented together and aged for six to seven months in 16- and 20-liter glass demijohns without being racked. And all of it without having contact with the light, as it's fermented and aged in underground. It's very elegant and aromatic, clean and pure, with volume and balance. The nose reminded me of a Riesling Kabinett, ethereal and insinuating. It also has the classical Verdejo bitter finish. (LG) (3/2017)
