Billecart-Salmon doesn’t stop at killer rosé! They also have heart, recently collaborating with charity (RED) on a limited edition of their focused, crowd-friendly NV Brut Reserve. This bottling initially confused customers and staff alike, but while the label reads red, inside, the wine is the exact cuvée we know and love! Aged 36 months on the lees, this is clean and vivacious, rich with stone fruit and honey, plus that classic chalky finish. The only difference is that an extra $5 will go to the Global Fund to fight AIDS. Billecart-Salmon is (RED)’s only Champagne partner, with the goal of raising $100,000. And with Champagne this good, that should be easy.
