If you are looking for a more delicate Champagne, with elegant floral notes and a subtle expression, look no farther! The Maison of Jean Josselin is not far from Chablis, and there are some definite similarities in terms of the aromatics from the two wines. The Josselin Blanc de Blancs shows very light floral and white pear elements, with tangy lime zest and poised acidity. This is not a rich, nutty style of Blanc de Blancs, rather it is all about the subtlety and aromatic quality of the wine.
