K&L Notes

A single-serving brut sparkling wine? How American. But indeed, this brand was launched by a San Francisco designer who relocated to France to create this fun, quality, and stylish lineup of sparkling wine. The varietals in this brut, according to the producer: "Chardonnay imparts depth and complexity for the overall balance while Chenin Blanc lends citrus and hints of honey for a creamy texture. Colombard’s higher acidity provides structure, length and a pleasant minerality that is supplemented by the Ugni Blanc’s fruit profile." Fun party favors!
