Gonzalez Byass "Una Palma" Fino Jerez (500ml)

SKU #1127448 91 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

The youngish NV Fino Una Palma 2014 release is a selection of three butts from the 4th 'criadera' from the Amontillado Fino solera averaging six years of aging under flor. It has a fine, elegant, aromatic, feminine aroma and a subtle, medium, light palate with flavors of seaweed and salt. Drink this on its young exuberant phase or let it mellow down in bottle for a while. (LG) (12/2014)
