Bittercube "Bolivar" Bitters 1oz

SKU #1074601

Bittercube Bolivar Bitters are aromatic and versatile, with notes of chamomile, cinnamon and dried fruits. Simon Bolivar had a German doctor in his army in Venezuela who invented Angostura Bitters in the town of Angostura, which is today known as Ciudad Bolivar. Bolivar Bitters are an homage to an Angostura recipe from a 19th century cocktail book. Bolivar Bitters are lighter than the classic "Angostura," but are highly aromatic and extremely versatile. Ingredients: Cassia (Cinnamon), Ceylon Cinnamon, Prune Reduction, Chamomile, Jasmine, Clove. Maceration: 5 Weeks. Base Spirits: Whiskey, Neutral Grain, Rum

- When people consider domestic wine, they normally think about the state of California. The fine viticultural Region within California, including the Napa Valley, Sonoma, Santa Cruz Mountains, Mendocino and Santa Barbara, are capable of growing grapes of world-class quality. But there's plenty of fabulous wine coming from other states, too. Oregon, Washington and New York are also causing eyebrows (and glassware) to be raised around the world.
