How To Purchase Products

For your convenience, we offer secure ordering on our Web site. If you see products at klwines.com that you would like to order, you may put them in your online shopping basket, specify whether you would like them shipped or held for you in one of our stores, and safely transmit your order to us over the Internet. Alternatively, you can always fax or call in your orders. Learn more about calling or faxing us orders.

The Shopping Cart can be used for ordering any of our products, and our customers have found it to be an easy way to order. If you have any problems with our Shopping Cart or checkout process, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

After you place an online order, we'll send you an email to confirm that we've received it. We'll also send you an email to let you know that your order has shipped and is on its way. Make sure you give us your correct email address, or these important messages will never reach you.

How to Place an Order Using Our Shopping Cart

To place an order, you first need to put the item(s) you want in your shopping cart. There are two ways to do this. One way is to place a check in the box to the left of the desired item, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. Alternatively, you can click on the item's title or picture, and you'll be taken to its database page. Then you can click on the "Add to Cart" button in this page. Once you have placed the item in your cart, you can choose to Place Order or go Back to Shopping.

How to Remove or Change the Items in Your Basket

  1. Click the Shopping Basket link at the top right of any page.
  2. You will see all the items in your basket and can review your order.
  3. To change the quantity of an item, enter the new quantity in the box next to that item.
  4. To remove an item from your basket, change the quantity to zero. If you want to remove everything from your basket, click on the "Empty Basket" button.
  5. Then click Update basket to update your order in the Shopping basket.

How to Proceed to Checkout with the items in your Shopping Basket

  1. When you are finished shopping and ready to purchase your items, click the Shopping basket link at the top right of any page and then click Place Order.
  2. If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to Create an Account. You will then be asked to provide your email address, an online ID (or username), and a password.
  3. Click Continue to move to the Order Form. You will be able to enter or confirm the following information as needed:
    • Billing Address
    • Shipping Address
    • Telephone Number
    • Shipping Option
    • Personalized Gift Message, if applicable
    • Payment Method
  4. When you have completed the form, click Continue to the Final Step.
  5. Review your order, and then click Press Here to Send My Order.

If you are a returning customer, enter your email and password to go to the Order Form. Verify your billing and shipping information. All of the entries in your Address Book and all of your saved payment options will automatically be displayed for you.

If you want to send the order to an address that is not listed in your Address Book, click Use Different Address to enter the new information. Changes to your account will automatically be updated for your next order.

Make sure to place a check in the field on our order form where you can specify your order as a gift order. You can also add a special gift message too.

Forget your password?
We ask all customers to supply a password when they create an account. If you ever forget your password, you can have it emailed to you. Go to My Account for more information.

Sales tax is added to all orders delivered in CA based on the appropriate rate of sales tax.
