This all estate-grown wine is aged for an incredible five years on the lees before release, giving real depth and an honest, toasty flavor. It is composed of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Meunier and is fermented in stainless steel with full malolactic. This is serious Champagne that keeps getting better every year.
