2005 Jean-François Ganevat Vin Jaune Côtes du Jura (375ml)

SKU #1164902

To say that Jean-François Ganevet is a meticulous master of his craft would be an understatement. A multi-generational winemaker, he has only 8 plus hectares under vine and produces between 30 to 40 specific cuvées each and every year. All his property is farmed biodynamically, hand harvested, hand sorted and even hand de-stemmed! He is one of Jura's best kept secrets. The vin jaune is aged under a layer of flor.
