From the hills of the Côtes de Provence, the Mirabeau rosé offers classic fruit aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and red currant. With a crisp palate of ripe red fruits and zesty apple, and a little creaminess on the midpalate, Mirabeau's rosé has elegance, brightness and finesse, making for a classy rosé perfectly suited for Provencal-inspired picnics or as a backyard dinner aperitif. Classic crisp, dry, refreshing Provencal style rose. Bright red fruits, a touch of dried herbs, and spicy citrus peel. This is what you want for hot weekends sitting out on the porch / deck / patio or wherever you do you summer time relaxing!

Classic Provençal rosé. Light, dry, and crisp in style with perhaps a bit more richness than most wines of its type. Lightly floral with just picked strawberry notes. Great as an aperitif or with lighter summer fare.

very easy drinking Rose with lots of fruit and medium-dry. paired well with salmon. a wine that drinks well by itself and will pair with chicken, fish, and spicy dishes.

- Provence encompasses the southeastern portion of France that borders the Mediterranean. The largest appellation in the region is the Cotes de Provence that spans 49,600 acres of land in and around Marseilles. Thirteen different varietals are grown in this appellation with the most important grapes being Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, and Mouvedre. While much of the production is dry rose, there are many more serious wines being made from the area. Some of the most important smaller appellations within Provence include Bandol, Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, and Coteaux Varois.
