2011 Morgadío Albariño Rias Baixas

SKU #1127503

This is Albariño! Though the folks who own Morgadío actually reside a short drive further inland near the Ribeiro D.O., they certainly know what to do with Albariño, as quite frankly this is leagues beyond what $20 or so dollars will typically find you. Bright aromas lead to a very juicy, yet equally bracing, crisp and mineral driven palate full of citric fruits and a slightly more unique, pungent note of lemongrass as well. A great example of classically styled, zippy, invigorating wine from the Rias Baixas!
