Produced from a blend of Albillo and Macabeo, this is a lovely, yellow fruited wine that is not only mouthwateringly bright, but also boasts a substantial, rich texture. In addition to their groundbreaking work with Garnacha, this winery is intent on coaxing the maximum expression out of the rather obscure Albillo variety. They refer to their particular version as "Albillo Real," and it has a lovely wild herbal savor to complement the fruit. Combined with the lighter, brighter, Macabeo, it makes quite a stunning white.
