Domiane Allimant-Laugner was founded in 1724 in the heart of Alsace, and their three hectares of Gewürztraminer vines are planted in limestone soil. An aromatic and rich wine, this off-dry bottling shows spicy and floral aromas which introduce generous fruit and texture. It is an excellent aperitif wine, and would naturally pair with strong cheeses or spicy Asian fare (but perhaps not at the same time!)
