This medium-dry wine layers attractive spice and lychee notes with a soft, warm texture. There's a spring in the stride of this fragrant wine, its acidity adding just the right sharp edge. (12/ 2012)
An off-dry wine from organically grown grapes, this Alsacian Gewurztraminer is excellent as a cocktail wine, or with stong cheeses or Asian cuisine. From the winery: "The wine shows a beautiful yellow color with golden tints. On the nose, it is full-bodied, spicy and slightly musky. A complex bouquet, full of character. The palate is ample, powerful with hints of sweetness, but always with good freshness that comes from the presence of chalk in the soils and is sustained by the organic farming approach which gives always wines with more tension and length. The structure on the palate with more freshness and length when compared with the conventional farming wine is the signature of the wines from grapes in organic farming."
