Bright straw. Seductive aromas of mirabelle, lime, spices, herbs and musky lees. Juicy and intense, with bright citrus and white peach flavors complemented but not dominated by spicy oak. Not the last word in complexity but fruity, fresh and persistent.

According to K&L's own Ryan Woodhouse this biodynamically-produced Chardonnay has: "aromas of apple pie pastry crust with spices from the oak. this is a broad, rich, toasty wine, with ample freshness and lively acidity. Apparent but well-integrated use of French oak. More focused on the finish than the dense mid-palate might suggest, with intriguing mineral aspects and good length."
