I can't help it, every time I say the name of this liquer in my head I recall the Seinfeld episode where Elaine's co-worker calls her Suze. "No. "Suze!" I mean, "Suzie!" "Suzanne!" "Suzanna." Fine! But there is no, way, I'm gonna be a Suze." If Elaine had ever tasted this Suze I'm sure that she wouldn't have objected so much to being called that. This stuff is awesome. Rosemary, tree bark, dark orange, pepper, taragon...wow!
