Domaine Weinbach's vineyards have been biodynamic since 2005. From the "Clos des Capucins" and the marly limestone soil at the foot of the Altembourg, this Pinot Blanc is rich and supple and round in the classic Alsatian style, with a soft, delicate midpalate. Layers of luscious fruit are balanced by fine acids, making this an elegant aperitif or pairing with savory tarts, quiche, and light fish or white meat dishes.
