A blend of three old vine vineyards located in far corners of the appelation lend to create a complex wine not just because of the varied soil types, but also because of the varied climate influences. Aromatics range from apricots and honey to nectarine and flinty mineral. On the palate, stone fruit and mineral with exotic florality drift into a creamy lemon curd as the wine gains traction. The richness of the fruit is deftly balanced by the acidity lended by the cool climate vineyard characteristics.
