Finely knit, with a delicate bead and racy acidity framing subtle flavors of ripe cherry, spiced plum, pink grapefruit zest and hints of brioche and date. Very focused, yet elegant, with a minerally finish. Drink now through 2027.

Juicy, precise raspberry and cherry flavors show a light touch and are given spine by tangy acidity. Closes zesty and long, with lingering floral and spice notes.
Roederer's 2007 saignee Brut Rosé is composed from 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay harvested under excellent conditions at the end of August after a weird, but wine-friendly growing season, with 20% of the wine matured in oak barrels and weekly lees stirring. The wine then aged for four years in the cellar and another six months after disgorgement, a final detail that completes the aging process. With Roederer's telltale delicacy, this elegant but full-bodied Champagne fills the mouth with layers of red fruits, with a touch of citrus and spice.
