Our 2010 Kalinda Sonoma Chardonnay is a delight, guaranteed to fully satisfy those who like a big, ripe style of Chardonnay à la Rombauer. It is loaded with tropical and citrus fruits and boasts layers of creamy richness on the palate. There's honeysuckle accents, and hints of toasty vanilla from barrel-aging on the finish, which is soft and lingering. This packs a punch but shows nice balance and complexity along the way. Try with your roast chicken or rich fish stew. This would also pair well with grilled salmon and summer sweet corn chowder, or lobster in cream sauce over noodles. It comes from a famous Sonoma vineyard but we cannot divulge the source.
