*Outstanding. Top value* A deft touch of wood frames a ripe mix of both white and yellow orchard fruit aromas that are followed by complex, rich and mouth coating flavors that possess fine mid-palate concentration. There is very solid persistence and excellent depth on the impeccably well-balanced finish. A lovely effort that should age well. (6/ 2012)
Located high on the hillside, with shallow soils and lots of limestone, this faces East, and is very reminiscent of Corton Charlemagne in character. It has a bit of wood, but more than enough weight and charming stone fruit notes that the wood is never dominant. This manages to walk that line between richness and elegance, seemingly without effort. (Keith Wollenberg, K&L Burgundy Buyer, 03/12)
