Cesar Florido is, to my knowledge, the only practicing bodeguero commercializing wine in the village of Chipiona, technically outside of the Sherry triangle (though it sits right along the Atlantic Ocean and is a prime place to age sherry oxidatively as well as under flor). Florido is known for his excellent, sweet moscatel, but one could argue that his fino's are every bit as delicious - no surprise given the excellent location alongside the Atlantic Ocean. For the sherry fan who wants a unique and singular expression of fino, this is would be a fun wine to try.
