This 100% Tempranillo from Cenicero is made with a combination of stemmed and crushed grapes as well as whole grape fermentation via open-vat carbonic maceration. The result is a soft and youthful red that is best within 1-2 years of release. Cherry red color hints at the fresh and fruity profile with light tannins and a caressing texture.
