This is a remarkable wine! An 11-year-old Bordeaux blend from the Yarra Valley, an area specializing in Pinot Noir! The cool climate has provided this wine with an elegant structure and beautiful freshness that has kept it young and vibrant. On the palate bright blueberries and plums are wrapped in hints of green tobacco and a subtle sweet herbal note. This is really a great wine with bottle age complexity but a lively bright core.
