The Champ du Roy blanc is a blend of equal parts Viognier and Muscat with about 5% of each Marsanne and Grenche Blanc. It is classified as a Vin de Pays because Viognier isn't allowed in Minervois AOC bottlings. All of the grapes were harvested by hand from low yielding Langeudoc mountain vineyards, making for a deliciously full and aromatic dry white. 13.5% abv.
