*Editor's Choice* Unbelievable that there’s no oak on this Chardonnay. It’s so rich and creamy in vanilla, tangerine, peach and apricot flavors, you won’t miss that hit of buttered toast. The acidity is marvelous. (7/ 2012)
Paso Robles-based Donati Family Winery bottles their unoaked Chardonnay under their Sorelle Per Sempre label. Sustainably farmed from Central Coast vineyards, the wine is fermented in 100% stainless steel. Tropical fruit aromas introduce flavors of meyer lemon, peach, and grapefruit on a crisp, yet surprisingly creamy palate. Tropical fruit and melon reverberate on a bright finish. This wine will do its best to win over a few more fans of oaked Chardonnay!
