Unti Vineyards utilizes Dry Creek Valley's terroir and warm climate to grow classic Mediterranean varieties and express their characteristics through a combination of modern and traditional techniques. Unti's Dry Creek Zinfandel comes from a Primitivo clone that delivers small, thick skinned berries for a richer, more tannic wine. A portion of Petite Sirah is also blended for further structure.
