Gorgeous Primitivo. As I mentioned in my notes on their regular bottling, I'm not a huge fan of Primitivo, but this wine is beautiful. It's essentially the same profile as their non vineyard designate, but with the volume turned up a couple notches (higher intensity), and although more dense and concentrated, it conversely shows more lovely elegance for such a big wine. Delicious wine, as much a mouthful as the name! CM
