Looking for a conversation starter at your next dinner party or picnic, or just for a refreshing pink wine to crack poolside this summer? Try this rosé from Uruguay. Made entirely from Tannat, a grape native to southwestern France said to be brought to this small South American country by Basque immigrant Don Pascual Harriague in the late-1800s. The 2011 rosé is the color of raspberries, fresh and full-flavored, the perfect pairing for grilled meats or cold cuts.
