Pull out the grill, heat it to a red-hot char, and lay out a liberal spread of garlicky, lemon-scented tiger prawns. Just as they start to turn an electric pink open a bottle of this attractive, aromatic white and enjoy its energetic fruity blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Bourboulenc, exhibiting refined nuances of citrus blossom, peach and tropical fruit, ballasted by clean acidity and a leesy minerality. A wine of myriad exciting flavors to complement dishes from fresh shellfish to rosemary crusted chicken.

100 percent stainless, so no oak to get in the way of this lovely summer slipper! If you are looking for a little minerality in your wine this one is for you. Very balanced from start to finish. Any grilled seafood would be a perfect fit. Floral notes on the nose is just a added bonus. Great acidity and a long lasting finish. Buy by the case!

There's something about this little Grenache Blanc-based Languedoc white blend that makes it impossible to resist. Fermented in stainless steel, this wine sees no oak and displays a wonderful balance of sweet and tart flavors, as tangy green apple and lemony citrus aromas and flavors are countered by sweeter notes of banana and peach. Delicate floral aromas add height, while hints of mineral and lees ground the wine for a dry, lingering finish. Everything is in place here, and all the notes play in perfect harmony. This can be enjoyed on its own, or alongside an array of foods, especially dishes featuring seafood, white meats, basil, garlic, or even saffron. Try it with a classic nicoise salad or seafood paella.
