The 2010 Chardonnay Napa Valley is a very pretty, round, soft wine. Layers of apple, melon and citrus are nicely layered into this generous yet focused white. Blocked malo gives the Chardonnay lovely energy. Even better, this is a terrific value. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2015. (12/ 2011)
Scents of white flowers and orange citrus lead into flavors of green olives and oak. There’s a bit of a warm burn in the end. Serve this well chilled with a seafood stew. (2/ 2012)
This is an elegantly constructed wine. It’s not especially rich, but subtle in citrus fruit, roasted nut, jasmine, vanilla and oak flavors, brightened with notable acidity. (12/ 2011)
