According tot he Wine Spectator: "Black cherry and strawberry flavors are ripe and sweet in this plump red, which has a plump texture and light tannins, with enough acidity to keep it fresh. Vanilla and toast notes add to the slightly hard candy character. Drink now through 2016." (Web only, 2012) K&L's Notes: This is a wonderful value for 2009. The wine is on the new wave side, with tons of ripe blackberry fruit on nose and palate. Sweet middle. Will drink great on release. A steal and sleeper of the vintage.
