These guys are absolutely fanatical about organic farming (free range geese are used to weed the vineyards), and the results show their dedication and commitment to the environment and to making the best, most natural wines possible. This is a wine you will feel good about drinking, and not least because it is a wonderful version of its type and extremely fairly priced. Brisk, crisp and light, try it with salads and seafood.
