It'd be difficult to name a more refreshing white wine than this new arrival from Markus Huber, which was fermented in stainless steel with three months lees contact. It's full of delicate fresh green apple fruity aromas, displaying flavos of lemon, lime and peaches on a solid fruit core and ending in beautiful length and mineral tones. Ideal with seafood.
