A plush, full-bodied Petite Sirah with jammy black fruit, tobacco, spice, chocolate and leather scents and flavors. There's plenty of complementary spice, too, and a little tannic grip to balance out the fruit. A great everyday red for hearty dishes, especially those made with lamb or beef.
