Pale silvery green-yellow color. Grapefruit pith, honeydew, guava, pepper and wild herbs on the nose, along with a sauvignon-like grassy element. Juicy, minty and bright, with refreshing peppery lift to the very dry flavors of citrus fruit and fynbos; more restrained than this winery's sauvignon blanc. The racy finish shows very good cut. Try this with spicy, fruit-based grilled fish preparations and chutneys. (3/ 2011)
Soft citrus, green apple and plum lead the way on the nose of this easy-drinking white. More of the same unfolds in the brisk mouth, with tart green berries and lime pith staying through the close. (11/ 2011)
h-toned style, with talcum powder and tarragon notes leading to a core of crisp apple and pear skin flavors. Tangy finish. (Web Only- 2012)
