Sparkling wines labeled Blanc de Blancs are generally made from Chardonnay, but this orange blossom and apricot-scented bubbly comes from more aromatic grapes, namely Pinot Blanc, Muscat and Riesling. Just a touch sweet on the palate, it has flavors of quince, granny smith apple, pineapple and lemon and an easy bubble, keeping it fresh and lively on the palate.
