One of my new favorite sparkling sakes! Made from Gohyaku-Mangoku Rice by the Suehiro Sake Brewery in Fukushima, this sparkling sake is drier than most with a hint of sweetness lending it better to creative food pairings than some of our sweeter sparklers. Its got the honeydew notes and the yogurty flavor that I commonly associate with these sparkling sakes, a great light body, and fine bubbles. I am VERY excited about this sake (and love saying the name)!
