This winery was established in 2003 as a consequence of Ludwig Bindernagel and Nathalie Eigenschenck 's true passion for wine. With a lot of enthusiasm and a bunch of nice buddies, they quickly became known for fantastic regional wines. From vine pruning to picking, all the work is done by hand. A philosphy of no insecticide, no fertilizer and no weed killer is rigorously followed. This is a wonderful Chardonnay based sparkler that is an unbeatable opener for any evening.
