This Chard comes from high elevation (3,500 ft) vineyards located in the Uco Valley. Bright and appley, with a crisp and clean flavor profile also showing a hint of melon as well. The wine is fermented and briefly aged 4 months in American oak, before being transferred to stainless steel tanks for further ageing. If you're looking for a tasty chard that is not at all too oaky, this would be a terrific wine to try.
